 Fake Ted SmithÂ
(Pronouns: He/Him)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I’ve spent almost 40 years helping people face what’s been too painful, hard, confusing, or elusive to face alone.
Therapy, as I see it, isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about reconnecting with what’s most alive, truthful, and sacred in you.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples who:
-
Feel disconnected or caught in repeating relationship patterns
-
Struggle with anxiety, shame, or the effects of trauma
-
Want therapy that’s emotionally alive, not endlessly analytic
-
Value depth, authenticity, and the possibility of spiritual integration
If you’re looking for a space that honors both your human complexity and your inner wisdom, this may be the right fit.
Therapeutic Style & Approach
My therapist style is based on what is needed moment by moment. No therapeutic journey is the same as anyone else's. It is a unique emergent relationship which attends to what is called. It is NOT a one size fits all, scripted or manualized treatment. It is a shared space, that we all contribute to.Â
